Regular lubrication is a routine maintenance requirement for various mechanical equipment. If the various carton machinery of the carton factory equipment want to have a longer service life, lubrication is a necessary maintenance measure. However, due to the particularity of the working environment of carton machinery and equipment, the use of lubricating oil has its particularity.

First of all, carton machinery often works in high temperature and humid places. If ordinary lubricating oil is used, it will obviously not have a good lubricating effect. Lubricating oil with very strong thermal oxidation stability.

Secondly, the lubrication point of Changshu dangerous goods carton machinery also has its particularity:

1. Usually, the bearings from the headbox to the press section in the wet section of the paper machine are sealed with bearing shells to prevent cross-contamination caused by water immersion and grease overflow. Therefore, the grease lubrication point of the wet end should adopt the method of regular manual inspection, injection and replacement of grease, so the lubrication system often refers to the central lubrication station of the dry section and all the oil transmission and oil supply pipelines and oil injection devices.

2. Due to the high temperature in the dry section of the paper machine, the central lubricating station is used to transport lubricating oil under pressure to the bearings for lubrication and heat dissipation. Therefore, the lubricating station of the dry section of the paper machine is usually selected in the standard general model, and the best one is better in terms of oil filtering ability and oil temperature control ability, and it is more suitable if there is a magnetic filter and constant temperature control. The oil delivery volume of the lubrication station should usually be calculated according to the heat dissipation needs of each lubrication point.
